At the beginning of the episode, Ranveer asks Suhani how her project was and if she ate anything. Suhani says she did not feel like. Ranveer says that is why Sudha gave him the responsibility to feed her. Suhani thinks now even Sudha has started. Suhani tells Ranveer that she was very stressed when the baby was not crying but he handled things well. She keeps talking but Ranveer feeds her and scolds her for not taking care of herself.
Dadu asks Riya if Ranveer told her that he does not love her. Riya says she has not even spoken to him. Roshni and Samaira tell her that she is perfect for Ranveer. Mamta tells Riya that she is like a daughter to them but Ranveer’s feelings also matter in this. She asks Riya to give her some time so that she can talk to Ranveer.
Ranveer tells Suhani that he does not think before speaking. He tells Suhani to take care of herself before helping others. Suhani feels pukish. Ranveer comes to her side and she vomits. She apologises to him for spoiling his shirt. Ranveer asks her if she is alright. She says she will clean his shirt. Ranveer tells her not to worry and he can go through anything for her but cannot see her in problem.
Ranveer dozes off in the ambulance. Suhani thinks about what he said to her. He gets up as driver puts brakes. He changes Suhani’s bandage and says her swelling is better than before. He says he will tell her a home remedy by mother. He tells her to soak her feet in warm salt water and gives her a schedule for next 6 hours. He says he will bring the ambulance next day also. They reach Suhani’s home, but she is lost in thoughts. Ranveer helps her in getting down.
Rakesh and Sudha comes out and see the ambulance. Suhani is going but her DUPATTA gets stuck in Ranveer’s watch.She tries to take it off. Rakesh and Sudha come there. Ranveer removes the DUPATTA and hands it to her. Rakesh comes there and tells Sudha to take Suhani inside. Rakesh thanks Ranveer and asks him to check with him before doing something like this. Ranveer sees Suhani going inside. At the door, Suhani turns to look at him. Sudha asks her how her foot is and what she will eat, but Suhani looks lost.
Ranveer comes home and complains to Mamta that she blackmails him emotionally. Roshni, Samaira, and Dadu gesture her to ask him. She tells him that she has made kheer for him. Dadu asks Mamta that they must find out what is in Ranveer’s heart. Samaira says Ranveer has a different smile on his face and he will tell what is in his heart.
Suhani thinks about Ranveer. Sudha brings kheer for Suhani and asks what is in the schedule. Suhani says Ranveer is very different. Sudha feeds her kheer and asks what she is thinking. Mamta also asks Ranveer why he has that stupid smile on his face.
Suhani tells Sudha that she used to be very irritated with Ranveer but today he fed her with his own hands and he did not even complain when she vomited on his shirt. Suhani says how can someone care about another person so much. Sudha says he is a good human. Suhani says no-one can do so much just for humanity. Dadi says she is right and only someone in true love can do something like this and who did this for her.
Mamta asks Ranveer who that girl is but Ranveer avoids the topic. He asks her to be patient and he will tell her later.
