At the beginning of the episode, Riya tells Suhani that a lot of exciting things have happened in her life. John and Raghu encourage Ranveer to propose to Suhani. Suhani asks her if she still has not shared her feeling with his prince charming. Ranveer goes towards Suhani. Riya is lost in her own thoughts. She thinks Ranveer is coming to propose her.
Ranveer plucks lilies from garden. John says who proposes with lilies. Riya goes towards Ranveer too but he ignores her and moves ahead. Riya is shocked as Ranveer goes towards Suhani and gives her the flowers. Suhani is confused. Ranveer tells her not to move. Ranveer uses the flower to remove a spider from Suhani’s shoulder. He says it releases neurotoxic venom and she would have fallen ill if it had bitten her. Suhani thanks her. Ranveer says he will drop her home.
John asks Ranveer why he did not propose and spider spoilt his proposal. Ranveer says love is to be shown not declared. Riya hears this and feels happy. She says she knew he will understand her feelings without telling. Mamta calls Riya and asks her to come home quickly. Riya turns to see Ansh behind her. He says he feels sad to see that Ranveer loves Suhani while she loves Ranveer. Riya says she is not delusional as Ranveer himself told his mother. Ansh asks her to let him know if it goes any further.
Riya goes to Mamta’s house. She asks what the good news is. Vikrant tells everyone that priest has decided the engagement date for the next day and it will be the best gift for Ranveer’s birthday. Mamta tries to tell him something but he says they must do it as soon as possible. Mamta looks worried.
Meeta and Ranveer drop Suhani home. Dadi and Sudha say Ranveer took good care of Suhani and her foot is better now. Ranveer leaves his bike keys. Mamta calls Ranveer to convince him to throw a party for his birthday. Ranveer says he does want to celebrate and he may not even come home on his birthday. Suhani , Dadi and Sudha come to give back his keys. Ranveer thanks her. Dadi says it is Ranveer’s birthday, so they must do something special for him.
Mamta is worried how to convince Ranveer. Vikrant tells her to persuade Ranveer as it is the only chance to bridge the differences between him and Ranveer. He pleads with Mamta to convince Ranveer. Dadu says Ranveer will be happy once he comes to know of his and Riya’s engagement. Mamta thinks Ranveer always likes to stay alone on his birthday, because of the fact that drove a wedge between father na son.
Ansh reaches home and asks Asha how she got hurt. Asha says she had a small accident. Asha asks him about Suhani. She tells him about Rakesh. Ansh is pleased to know this and hugs her. He says she has given him a good news after long. Ansh thinks he can bring storm in Ranveer and Suhani’s life now.
Ranveer sits alone and drinks. He remembers his last birthday party. He remembers he saw Vikrant abusing Mamta and heard about his extra-marital affairs. He stopped celebrating his birthday from that day and started hating his father. He thinks of Suhani and pours his heart out about his father. He says he wants to celebrate his birthday with her even though he has not celebrated since last 15 years.
