At the beginning of the episode, Suhani is late for her anatomy class. She struggles to see what the professor is showing. She blames Ranveer for delaying her. Ranveer passes the class and sees Suhani. Suhani tells the instructor that she is not able to see anything from there. Instructor snubs her. Ranveer asks Suhani to come with him. She hesitates, but he takes her by hand.
Ranveer tells her that he will teach her. Suhani says it was a practical class. Ranveer says this will also be a practical class. Ranveer opens the body’s cover and Suhani flinches. Ranveer teaches Suhani about human anatomy. John and Raghu watch them. Raghu says Ranveer has gone completely mad. Ranveer gives Suhani a scalpel to make an incision. Suhani hesitates, so Ranveer tells her that she cannot hesitate when dealing with a human life. Suhani tries to do it, but faints. Ranveer supports her and makes her sit.
Ansh and Rocky watch them, Rocky says Ranveer is giving too much attention to Suhani. Ansh says he will see how long their special classes last. Ranveer sprinkles water on Suhani. Suhani gets up and says she will study herself. Ranveer tells John that Suhani is very weak. He worries how she will do surgery. John says first class of anatomy is difficult for everyone. Ranveer says they must take extra care of her as she has reached here after a lot of efforts.
Suhani goes to the library and everyone gives her preferential treatment. She feels confused. She sees Ranveer watching her and goes from there. Suhani feels uncomfortable at the preferential treatment at the canteen too. Ranveer sits opposite her and gestures her to eat. She goes from there too.
Suhani thinks Ranveer is her biggest problem. She is distracted and bumps into a stretcher. Ranveer saves her from falling and they both fall on the stretcher. Ansh looks at them. Cotton falls over them. Ranveer stops the stretcher. Suhani gets up but her DUPATTA gets stuck in Ranveer’s watch. Suhani struggles to take it out as other students laugh at them. Suhani feels embarrassed and ends up hurting her hand.
She goes from there. Ansh brings a professor there. Ranveer says it was an accident and Suhani was not at fault. Professor warns that they are the two best students of the college and this should not happen again. Ansh tells a student that such chemistry cannot happen between just friends. Everyone makes fun of Suhani and calls her Ranveer’s girlfriend. Ansh says being a medical student means they can pick the sore nerve and he will make sure Suhani hates Ranveer, however much he tries.
