At the beginning of the episode, Ranveer goes back into fire relieve his muffle made by Suhani. Suhani asks why he went back in. Everyone tells her not to go in as she screams for Ranveer. Dean scolds Suhani for breing stupid and trying to go in. Everybody waits for Ranveer to come out. Fire brigade comes. Dean tells them that one student is still sick in fire. Fire is doused. Ranveer finally comes out with the muffler around his neck.
Everyone is relieved to see Ranveer safe. He goes to Suhani and shows him the muffler. He hold Suhani’s hand and faints on her shoulder. Raghu and John get a stretcher. Dean tells them to take him to ICU and he calls Vikrant. Suhani goes with the stretcher. Doctor tells them to stay outside and takes Ranveer inside. Suhani thinks about Ranveer’s confession.
She looks at Ranveer from the door and cries. She remembers how he saved her from fire. She prays to God for his safety. She says Mata Rani cannot do this to a good person. She says Ranveer always puts his life at stake for others and he must get alright.
Riya tells Mamta that Ranveer jumped into fire to save Suhani and other students. Mamta tells her to take her to Ranveer. Suhani asks doctor why Ranveer is still unconscious. Doctor says they have done the treatment but they will have to observe him as his life can can be in danger if he does not wake up soon. Doctor says he inhaled a lot of smoke. Doctor tells Suhani to go home, but she refuses. Suhani says Ranveer wanted to talk to her and she will not go back before talking to him. Doctor says she cannot talk to him as he unconscious. Suhani says he will get up to talk to him and she will not go anywhere.
Suhani sees the muffler and thinks that she gave it to him. She remembers that Ranveer confessed his love for her. She also remembers how he saved her from engagement and she fought with him and then he apologised to her father. She tells Ranveer to get up and talk to her now. She says she will not go anywhere and will listen to everything he has to say. She says he will scold her if she misses her lecture.
Suhani holds his hand and says she does not like to see him silent. She says she said to him that she does not want to talk to him but she has been weird since that day. Suhani says he has always fought for her and he is the only one who has trusted in her capabilities even more than herself. She says her life is perfect because of him and he is in her prayers. Suhani says she wants him in her life.
Ranveer thinks finally Suhani confessed her feelings in her heart. Suhani cries holding his hand. Ranveer tightens his grip around her hand. Suhani gets up and Ranveer opens his eyes. Suhani is relieved to see him awake. Mamta and Riya see them holding hands.
