This week, Rakesh forgives Suhani. Ranveer tells John and Raghu that they must get the video deleted. Sudha rebukes Kammo for creating scene by showing the video. Bua says Suhani was spoiling their name so she did this. Dadi slaps her and tells her not to interfere in their family matters. Ranveer forgets this phone there. Ranveer comes to know that Ansh did all that to Suhani. They fight and hit each other. Ranveer is about to hit him with a cycle when Suhani comes and stops him. Dean warns that he needs to see both their parents. Suhani tries to talk to Ranveer but he ignores her.
Suhani trips and falls down. Ranveer turns back and comes running to her. He scolds her for being careless. Kammo Bua brings an armchair for Dadi as gift to make up. Riya and Ranveer help Suhani. Ranveer gives her first-aid as she has a sprain. Suhani sees that Ranveer is bleeding and does the dressing. Mamta calls him to dean’s office. Dean tells Ranveer and Ansh to apologise but their refuse. Mamta is shocked to see Ansh’s mother, Asha. Asha says sorry on Ansh’s behalf. Mamta is about to apologise but Ranveer stops her and says sorry. Asha tells Mamata that Ranveer is well-mannered and Ansh’s elder brother by two months. Mamta says Ansh is no-one to Ranveer. Ranveer and Riya drop Suhani to her house.
Sudha asks Ranveer to stay for dinner. Ranveer praises Sudha’s cooking but ignores Suhani. Sudha gives him gulab jamun and tells him not to be angry with Suhani. Ranveer says he is just pretending to be angry but she should not tell this to her. Ranveer thinks of his mother while going back. He takes bouquet and goes to meet her. Mamta picks up a call from Asha and goes out crying. Ranveer blames Vikrant for Mamta’s tears. Ranveer tells Mamta to pack her bags and go with him. Mamta says only his father is not responsible for it but he also gives her tension by fighting in college. She takes him to temple and asks him to swear on her life that he will not stay in hostel anymore but in the house. Suhani is not able to walk in the morning. Rakesh tells Sudha to take care of her.
Vikrant comes to breakfast table. Ranveer gets up from the table and says his appetite is gone now. Mamta packs a tiffin for him. John and Raghu tell him that Suhani has not come to college and she has a project today. Ranveer takes an ambulance to pick Suhani along with her batch mate, Meeta. Dadi goes with them to temple. On the way, they meet a couple. The woman is in labour and they ask for a lift. Ranveer says the woman’s water broke and they will have to get delivery done in ambulance. The woman’s husband refuses to let Ranveer do the delivery. Ranveer slaps him and ties his hands and gags him. He tells the woman to cooperate with him or she will lose her baby. Suhani tells the lady that Ranveer’s methods are weird but he is a very good doctor. They start the procedure and tell the woman to push.
Ranveer, Meeta and Suhani deliver the baby successfully. Rakesh comes home and asks for Suhani. He gets angry on Sudha for letting Suhani go to college and goes to check on her as she does not pick up her phone. Sudha calls Riya to check about Suhani. Suhani says the baby is not crying. Ranveer screams at the baby and she starts crying. Parents thank them. Ansh brings Riya to the spot and says Ranveer is starting his love story while ignoring her feelings. Rakesh reaches college and sees Suhani in her class. He tells Ranveer to inform him before doing something like this. Riya gies to Mamta and tells everyone that she loves Ranveer a lot but he does not love her back. Sudha calls Ranveer to ensure Suhani eats something and takes her medicines
