This week, Riya comes to college and asks Suhani if she is alright. Washroom door opens and all the boys come out unhurt, followed by Ranveer. Vikrant gets furious at Mamta for Ranveer’s behaviour in the party. Roshni and Dadu support her and later tell her to stand up for herself. Ranveer collects everyone in the campus and makes Rishi and other boys dance in front of everyone. He says ragging is banned in college, so whatever he did was right. Suhani thanks Ranveer for helping her in admission and now and gives her Sudha’s sweets. Ranveer announces to everyone that she is his responsibility, so no-one should bother or disrespect her. Sudha comes to pick Suhani at college. She asks Suhani how her day was. Mamta also comes to college. Mamta trips and Suhani supports her.
Rishi blames Suhani for Ranveer hitting him. Rishi and other boys encircle Sudha and Suhani on their bikes. Suhani’s aunt, Kamini and cousin come there and chase Rishi away. She threatens to tell everything to Rakesh. Sudha gives her Rs. 10000 that she saved for Suhani’s laptop to mellow her down. Mamta tells Ranveer to apologise to Vikrant or she will not talk to him. He apologises to Dadu for embarrassing him in front of all the guests. Ranveer says he cannot say sorry to undeserving people who disrespect and ill-treat women. Dadu laughs and says Ranveer does not leave any chance to upset his parents. Ranveer says he does not do it on purpose as he has no control on his heart.
Ansh works as a bartender in a restaurant. Vikrant comes there with a woman. He misbehaves with a waiter and calls him illegitimate. It is revealed that Ansh is illegitimate son of Vikrant and hates Ranveer because of this. Ranveer calls Suhani but she does not pick up. John and Raghu urge him to go to her house.
Sudha tells Suhani to ensure such things do not happen again. Suhani is shocked to see Ranveer on her terrace and screams in shock. Ranveer gives her the steel box and tells her to focus on her to clear any doubts with him in studies. In college, a girl, Meets asks for Suhani’s help as Suketu has climbed up the terrace and is forcing her to say yes to his proposal. Suhani goes to terrace and tries to bring him down but he pushes her. She is about to fall but Ranveer saves her. Ranveer jumps down with Suketu. Everyone spreads a net to catch their fall. Ranveer tells Suketu that a girl’s no is no and he cannot force anyone to love him. Suketu says sorry to Meeta. Suhani tells Ranveer never to repeat what he did the previous night. She says becoming a doctor is her dream and she does not want it to break because of him. He says a good doctor must be able to relate to other’s pain and should be selfless and she has all those qualities.
Suhani is late for her anatomy class and is not able to see anything that professor is showing. Ranveer passes the class and sees Suhani struggling. Ranveer takes her with him and says that he will teach her. Ranveer opens the body’s cover and Suhani flinches. Ranveer teaches Suhani about human anatomy. Ranveer gives Suhani a scalpel to make an incision. Suhani tries to do it, but faints. Ranveer sprinkles water on Suhani. Suhani gets up and says she will study herself. Ranveer tells John that Suhani is very weak and they must take extra care of her. Suhani feels uncomfortable at the preferential treatment at the library and canteen. She is distracted and bumps into a stretcher. Ranveer saves her from falling and they both fall on the stretcher. Professor warns that they are the two best students of the college and this should not happen again. Other students make fun of them and calls Suhani as Ranveer’s girlfriend. Ansh tells Rocky that he will make sure Suhani hates Ranveer, however much he tries.
