At the beginning of the episode, After the surgery Purab says sorry to Thapki in the hospital. He says that he should have asked her before doing anything for her mother. Thapki says that he don’t need to say sorry. She says that after that incident her mother got confidence and took stand for herself. Purab says that he saw a dream in which she is going to temple through her knees and he helped her when she is about to fall. Thapki says that was a dream. Then he tells her that he wants to meet her mother.
Jaya goes inside to meet him. He also apologises to her. Jaya says whatever he has done was totally right. She says that I e month ago she was in the hospital and promised her something. Purab says that now it’s his turn. Jaya says that he promised her that he will stay with Thapki and now he can ask any promise to her. Hansika listens this and says to herself that because of that promise Purab is living with Thapki. Purab ask her did Thapki has gone to temple. She says that she prayed for him and climbed the stairs through her knees.
Then they both goes home. Dadi ask Veena to welcome Thapki and Purab together because they both have gone through difficult things. Thapki takes purab to their room. She says that she is here for him and will do everything. She ask him to take rest only. Purab ask Thapki to sit closer to her. He sees her knees and says that why she always do so much for him? He do the first aid of her knees. Then dadi comes and tells them that she has organised lohri function to lift up the mood of everyone.
Thapki goes to make soup for Purab. Their dadi tells her that she knows she started feeling for Purab. Thapki says there’s nothing like that. she and her mother is having a misunderstanding. She says that she only likes Purab because he is nice that’s it. Then Hansika comes and she also tells her that dadi was right anyone can says that she started feeling for Purab. Later, Hansika goes to Purab and tells her that her song get 50 lakh views and they should do another song. Purab says she is right they should take the privilege of this popularity. She hugs him. Thapki sees them and gets jealous.
