At the beginning of the episode, Thapki gets worried when Amma stated facing an allergic reaction. She tries to call Purab but he didn’t pick up her call because his phone was silent. Then she tries to call Hansika but she didn’t pick up her call. Thapki calls at the hospital. She asks for help and tells them to send an ambulance. The person on another side says that right now they don’t have any free ambulance. Thapki asks them to send a doctor to her house. She says that she is sending them her address.
Hansika tells Purab that he forgot her after their marriage broked. He says that he felt bad for her and the reason he didn’t call her is because he got to know that she went to London. Hansika says but she still waits for his call. Then they reach the orphanage. Purab checks his phone and sees so many missed calls of Thapki. He tries to call but her phone is busy. Then he tells Hansika that they should get back to home. Hansika says to herself that now he won’t be able to do anything.
When they reach home, Thapki hugs him and cries so much. Purab asks her what happened? She tells him about the Amma. He goes inside and the doctor tells him that she has faced some serious allergic reaction. Purab gets angry at Thapki. He tells her that she knows dadi is allergic to Peanuts then why she give this to her. She tells him that she made the halwa in ghee. Hansika says that she saw peanut oil in the kitchen near the halwa. Veena says that People who stammer are like this they can’t do anything well. She says that Thapki doesn’t consider this family as hers.
Then the doctor comes and says that Amma is out of danger. He says that everyone should thank Thapki because she used her brain and made Amma vomit because of which they don’t need to get her to the hospital. Purab regrets whatever she said to Thapki. Amma also says that there’s no fault of Thapki in this. Then Veena listens to Priyanka talking to Armaan’s mother that she removed all the edibles related to peanuts out of the kitchen then how did that oil found in the kitchen. Veena doubts Hansika. She confronts her. Then she listens to Thapki confronting the servant. Then the servant says that he by mistake added that oil in the halwa.
