At the beginning of the episode, Thapki is crying so much. Veena says that from the day Thapki enters their life everything is going wrong. She ask her to get lost. Doctor comes and tells Everyone to calm down. He says that if they can’t stop their family drama then they can leave. Vinod ask Veena to calm down. Jaya consoles Thapki. She tells her that everything is going to be fine. Thapki says that she need to accept her feelings for Purab. Thapki says that she is not able to understand what will she do now?
Jaya says that these are her feelings towards Purab. Then the doctor started the surgery of Purab. Purab is taking the name of Thapki during the surgery. Thapki goes near the operation theatre. Jaya ask her what happened? She says that she is feeling like Purab is calling her name. In the other hand, Sagar drops Preeti to her home. He gets romantic with her and hugs her. Preeti’s mother comes outside and sees her. But Preeti ask Sagar to hide. Her mother gets angry on her and says that what is she doing on the road in front of everyone.
She says nothing. She is Just talking to this vegetable vendor. Her mother gets angry on her so much. She sees Sagar and ask him what is he doing? He says that he is here for a meeting. Preeti’s mother tells him that his brother is in the hospital. Sagar goes away. When the surgery gets completed, doctor says that they will keep Purab under observation for 24 hours. Hansika says that she will stay in hospital with Thapki. Veena says that tomorrow neuro specialist will come and see Purab then she will be satisfied.
Sargam comes and cries in front of Thapki. She says that she will not be able to do anything for her brother. Thapki ask her to be strong and support her family. Hansika also consoles Thapki. Thapki ask doctor can she go inside the room and sit with Purab? He says okay. Purab gets restless and started taking the name of Thapki. Thapki calls the doctor. Doctor sees him. Then doctor tells Thapki that he is having a blood clot in his brain and they need to treat him right now. Hansika says no and says that first she will speak to Veena. Thapki gives her consent for the operation. She says that she is his wife and she has right on him.
