At the beginning of the episode, Guneet says that there is hope that they get the ashes of Karan. He says that some documents are required, then they do a DNA test and gives us his ashes. Sukhbeer says again they will get stuck in this paperwork thing. Amrita goes into her room and cries. She says that if she had told Karan about her pregnancy news earlier then he would have been fought with his death along with covid. She recalls the day when she gets to know about this news.
On the same day, Karan messaged Kabir that he will come home in three days after getting the reports of his RT-PCR. Kabir asks Amrita to swear on him and promise him that she will share this news with Karan face to face. Amrita agrees to this. After two days, everyone is preparing things for Karan. Amrita is so excited to see him. She tells Kabir that she will tell him this news today. Then the door Bell rings and another doctor comes to their house. He tells them that Karan is having a fever for the past 10 days.
Kabir says but he is messaging him continuously. The doctor tells them that he was messaging them by his phone because Karan asked him to do. He says that yesterday he got a high fever and his oxygen level suddenly drops and they are not able to save him. Amrita thinks that she should have told him about her pregnancy. Kabir hugs her and says that because of him she gets late in telling Karan about this news. Amrita says that some things are destined to happen. She asks her to go to the office as today is his first day.
Then Kabir goes to the office, Meera sees him and asks him what is he doing in her office. He tells her that now he is doing a job here and can be here anytime. Her boss asks her to behave properly with Kabir and tells her that from now onwards he will work in this office. Meera is shocked to listen to this news and thinks that how could this happen? Meanwhile, Amrita is watering the plants and asks Sukhbeer will they really be able to get the ashes of Karan. Sonia says of course they will get it. She says that her friend told her that with the help of DNA they will easily differentiate the ashes.
Kamli is continuously talking about the Pritam. She asks Santo that they change their tenant because he is so rude and not a nice person. Amrita shouts at her. She asks why she is talking about him continuously. She tells her that he is a tenant and living in this house that’s it. She says that now nothing one will talk about him and goes away.
