At the beginning of the episode, Ishwari and Mamiji cry and blame themselves for Ayush disappearing. Mamaji asks them to stop crying and worry about Sonakshi as her son is missing. Sonakshi tries to call Dev. Dev picks the call and tells Sonakshi that the police brought Ayush to Rohit’s parent’s house and he is there with him. Sonakshi asks Dev to bring Ayush back home. Eshwari and Sonakshi hug each other. Ishwari prepares the dining table with food, Mamaji asks Ishwari why she has prepared so many food items. Ishwari says she has just prepared so that Ayush could choose for himself and she wouldn’t force him to eat again. Mamaji then tells Ishwari that he was happy to see Sonakshi and her hug. Ishwari says it was a weak moment for both of them she says she would never be able to forgive Sonakshi for what she said about her and Dev in her life. Sonakshi comforts Soha and tells her that she doesn’t need to worry as Ayush is going to return. Soha asks Sonakshi if she has asked Ayush what he wants. Mamiji tells Soha that he will return to his house.
Rohit’s mother cooks chicken for Ayush and serves him. Ayush is very pleased to eat the meal. Rohit’s mother asked Ayush if he was given food at Dev’s house. Ayush tells her that he was given food but it wasn’t as tasty as their house. Ayush also tells her that Ishwari didn’t like nonvegetarian meals to be cooked at her house. Rohit’s mother says that it’s their fault that they didn’t inform them about Ayush’s preferences. Dev gets off his phone and goes back into the house. Rohit’s father gets angry at him and asks him to leave as Ayush is back at his home. Dev says that he will take care of Ayush and wouldn’t let this happen again. Rohit’s father tells Dev that clearly, he cannot take care of Ayush as he ran off from his house and has nobody there at his house to talk to. Dev tells Rohit’s father that Ayush is his son and he won’t leave without him. Rohit’s father falls unconscious.
Dev takes Rohit’s father to the hospital along with his mother and Ayush. The doctor informs them that Rohit’s father is not in danger but they have to keep him under observation for a night. The doctor tells Dev to fill up documents and pay the amount. Dev calls Ayush closer to him and asks him if he will honestly reply to his question. Dev asks Ayush why he was upset and he left the house. Ayush tells him that he doesn’t want his name to be changed. Dev says he would never force him to change his name and he shouldn’t have worried about this little thing. Dev then asks Ayush if he will come back with him to the house. Ayush refuses. Dev asks Rohit’s mother to go back to the house as he will stay back and look after her husband. The doctor comes and tells them that they can meet Rohit’s father. All of them go and meet Rohit’s father in the ward. He gets angry to see Dev there and asks him to leave. Dev returns back home and tells Sonakshi that he couldn’t bring Ayush with him as Rohit’s father was very ill. Both Sonakshi and Dev hug each other and cry as they think they failed to look after Ayush.
Upcoming- Sonakshi is in the hospital. Rohit’s father asks her why she is there. Sonakshi tells him that she is the consultant dietitian in the hospital. Sonakshi asks Ayush to come back to the house as they miss him a lot. Ayush back at his grandparent’s house sees them struggle, he tells Rohit’s mother that he wants to talk to them about something.
