Molkki is about the tale of an energetic, young, and pretty girl, Purvi, performed by Priyal Mahajan. While Purvi desires of reaching her goals of cutting the restraints of poverty and getting a name for herself, she is pushed into an arranged marriage with the village ruler, Virender Pratap Singh (played by Amar Upadhyay), a widowed father of two and twice her age and, still in love with his former wife. Soon, she realizes that she has been “sold” by her father and is only a clause for the legacy of his uncle’s land. Will she stand up and fight for her honor? Will her marital deal blossom into a caring connection?

Virender brings all of them back home and asks Shakhi that why you hand over Radhika to them. Virender asks her why you didn’t felt her pain and sent her with these butchers. Shakshi was about to tell something but Virender made her quiet and says you should have supported Purvi. Anjali tries to manipulate Shakshi by telling Prakashi that Virender should not insult Shakshi in front of everyone. Shakshi went to Virender and ask him that why you insulted me in front of everyone and why you gave priority to Purvi words as she doesn’t know how panchayat works. Shakshi said I can’t see Virender and kid’s depending on you so I request you to leave from here as they won’t accept me in your presence. Purvi says I got too much love in this house so I am ready to leave.
Virender scolds Shakshi for telling Purvi to go from this house permanently. Shakshi tells him that you are doing wrong with her by keeping her here as she is of very young age so I think she should marry a person of her similar age for her better life. Shakshi tells Purvi that I have made your tickets for the afternoon. Virender was thinking about what to do for stopping Purvi and how to convince Shakshi. Purvi was in her room and Shakshi came to her with few stuff but Purvi denied taking anything from her. Purvi tells her I won’t take anything from this house as I came empty-handed into this house.
Puri went to the kids and gave them a soft toy. Puri told them if you both miss me then just look at this. Kids ask them that where you are going as you were packing your bag also. Puri told them I am not going anywhere leaving you all. Purvi came to Shakshi and told her that I am leaving and in the morning if kids ask about me then acknowledged them. Purvi was thinking that where is Virender he will not come to meet me for the last time. Virneder came and told her to stop. He says you can’t go like this. Virender told her I can’t leave her if I would let her free then other Molki’s would get a chance to do the same so this is my final decision.
Prakashi came to Shakshi and tells her that Virender is not giving importance to you decision and he is intentionally didn’t allow her to go by making a useless excuse. Virender told her you don’t have to worry about anything I will handle everything Just you need to support me. Purvi hugs Virender and Shakshi heard their conversation as she was standing beyond him. Anjali came to her and manipulates her against Purvi. Anjali acknowledged her that tomorrow Virender is going nearby village for some work and tomorrow itself Villagers would celebrate Molki divas. Shakshi got manipulated and thought of teaching a lesson to Purvi. Purvi came in a black outfit and Shakshi performs the puja. At last, Shakshi made her wear a garland of notes. Shakshi told her not to forget that you are a Molki and never consider yourself as anyone’s wife.
The village sarpanch called and told him that today we have to cancel our meeting as today the weather is not good. Virender told the driver to make a u-turn. Anjali tied bricks on her feet and Shakshi applied black color on her face. Anjali told her now you have to take 7 rounds of this “Hawan kund”
Virender came back and shouted what’s happening here? Anjali got scared and thought how he back so soon. Virender came to wipe out the black color on Purvi’s face. Anjali says we were just celebrating Molki Divas. Virender frees her from those chains and loudly asked how you dare to do this with Purvi. Virender held her hand and took Purvi to her room. Purvi asks him till when you will fight for me like this. Virender told her till I am alive I will do this Purvi thanked him for giving a new Life to Molki’s. Shakshi came across Virender and clapped for him. Shakshi told him you manipulate the rules and regulations according to your benefit as you were not willing to let Purvi leave this house. Shakshi told him to keep your hand on my head and tell me the truth that you don’t have any affection for that Molki. Virender, confess that he started loving Purvi and I don’t know when it all happened in your absence. Shakshi remained in shock.
