At the beginning of the episode Riddhima says to Vansh thanks for saving her family, her wish gets completed. Riddhima adds but she can only take bullet for Vansh but she doesn’t know why she taken the bullet for him. Vansh says she taken bullet for her Vansh only. He accept infront of Riddhima that he is her Vansh only. Riddhima faints. Vansh hugs her. Later they arrives at hospital. He ask Riddhima to open her eyes. Kabir takes Anupriya with him to the police station. Dadi says she did very wrong and she will never forgive her.
She ask her to leave from their lives. They goes from there. Dadi feels sorry for Riddhima. Vansh says his Riddhima can’t leave him. He recall Dadi’s words as once Dadi told him that God always help his people. Vansh runs towards temple and worship God. There Dadi is also doing the same. Vansh ask God to return his Riddhima, Riddhima may love her Bappa more than anything and today she loves him so he can’t take his Riddhima from him. There Riddhima is fighting for her life. Doctor says that she is no more but she open her eyes. Nursh tells doctor that this lady us still alive.
Doctor calls it miracle. Vansh comes and hold Riddhima saying he knows that she can’t leave him. Doctor says because of his prayers Riddhima survived else they lost hope long ago. He hugs her, Riddhima looking at him. Vansh takes his blood and filled Riddhima’s forehead with it. Riddhima calls his name dearly. Doctor ask both of them to take rest. There, Kabir beat himself with belt and says these injury will remained him her revenge. Kabir adds soon he will take revenge from Vansh and Riddhima. At hospital, Riddhima wakes up, she looks at Vansh and recall yesterday’s moment. Nurse comes to her and tells her that she is very lucky as she has a husband like Vansh who care for her. She adds today she is alive because of her husband. She leaves.
Riddhima goes towards Vansh and recall his words. Vansh open his eyes and ask Riddhima why she goes down from bed. Riddhima hugs him saying that she knows Vansh never let her go anywhere. Riddhima says but she wants to tell him why she brought him as Vihan. Vansh closes her mouth with his fingers and make her sit on bed. Vansh says she don’t need to say anything. Riddhima ask but why he didn’t tell her that he is Vansh only. Vansh says because of their enemies. Vansh adds but he like her new name “Dollar Biwi”. Riddhima smiles saying but she doesn’t like this name, Riddhima name is better for her.
Vansh says now they should tell Dadi that she is fine. He give this news to Angre and he tells Dadi that Riddhima is alright. Ishani ask Dadi to have her medicine. Dadi takes it. Kabir says he is waiting for them. Vansh and Riddhima sit in the car. Vansh starts the car. Riddhima ask Vansh if she can ask him something? Vansh says yes. Riddhima ask how he came to know about Anupriya. Vansh tells her that once he saw Anupriya with Siya and there she accepted that she killed his mother. Riddhima looks on.
