At the beginning of the episode, Gehna asks him to listen to her. She asks him if he knows that she is not pregnant then why he is doing this. The guest greets Gehna. Surya announces that they are going to their parents soon and he wants to give them blessings. Gehna puts something on his dress and asks him to change. Gehna comes behind him. Surya says that she can’t come into his room. Gehna says that what he is doing with Praful. Surya says that she fakes her pregnancy in front of his family and he shows it to the world. Suhani comes there and taunts asking her not to come between them. Gehna says that when Surya comes to know about her intentions then she can’t do anything. Gehna comes to talk to Baa and decides to tell everything. Baa is not feeling well but Chetan asks her to take care of herself. Gehna says what happened to her. Chetan says that Baa is not good. Baa says that she is so happy for her.
Kanak comes to Suhani and asks her to do something otherwise her family members take her away. Suhani says that she gets tired because of fake smile. Kanak says that she did everything for her and asks her to stop her here. Kanak looks on.
Baa asks Kanak to go with her but Gehna says that Kanak can stay here with her. Baa says if Kanak stays here then she will create problems for her. Gehna remembers how she threatens her and ask her to stop her in this house. Praful says that Kanak can stay here if she wants.
Suhani says to Arjun that she has to deal with them because of Sikander. Arjun says what will they do. Suhani says that she executes her plan but waiting for them to trap her. Gehna listens to them. Gehna prays to God. Suhani comes to Surya and asks him that she doesn’t feel alone. She hugs him and says that he brings milk for him. She asks him to drink it. Gehna mixes something in the drink and leaves from there. Surya drinks it and does not feel good. Gehna looks on. He feels pain in his stomach but Gehna keeps his ears close. She cries and says that she doesn’t have any other options. The doctor checks him and says that he gives him the medicine. He asks him to do a checkup then he will conclude. Gehna gives juice to Surya. Suhani says that she will hire a nurse. Gehna says she is here then why will she hire anyone. Gehna says that no one takes care of his childlike his mother. Dadi says that she is there. Suhani says that she will take care of him. Gehna says that she will come if he wants anything and leaves from there.
Suhani is sleeping while sitting on a chair. Gehna comes there and wakes up. Suhani shouts that why she hurt her. Gehna asks her to shut her mouth otherwise he will wake up. Suhani gives medicine to Surya. Surya asks Gehna what she is doing here. Gehna says that she sleeps on the bed and she wakes up. Gehna says that she will take care of him from outside. Suhani agrees but Surya says that he doesn’t take her help. Gehna says that Suhani is here to take care of him. Gehna leaves from there and smiles. Suhani looks on.
