At the beginning of the episode, Suhani goes to the college and sees that everyone is celebrating valentine’s day. Then Ranveer comes to her. He wishes her happy valentine’s day and gifts her something. Suhani says that there is no need of doing all this. She says that his health is also not good. Ranveer says that he is absolutely fine. He ask her to open her gifts. Suhani ask her what is this? He says that he prepared the notes of her second semester. He says it took him days to prepare them. Suhani says thank you to him and goes away.
Raghu amd John are listening them. Ranveer says that they shouldn’t listen their talks. Raghu says that he should think of something special for Suhani. He says that it is her first valentine’s day and she was expecting something special from him. She says but he gave her notes she got upset and goes away. Ranveer says he doesn’t believe in this. John says but she is a girl she expects all these things. Suhani goes to the canteen. There Ranveer sent a bouquet for her in which a note is also there.
He wrote her that this note is for someone special amd he loves her so much. He ask her to attend her class at 10am and after that he has more surprises for her. On the other hand, Riya is trying to find Ranveer. She says she thought to give bouquet to Ranveer and tells h that she is glad he is fine now. Ansh comes to her and ask her what happened at Suhani’s house. She says that her father didn’t believed her and when Ranveer got to know about all this he will stop talking to her and also gets angry on her.
Ansh says then she should stop all this. She ask him how? Then he calls Rakesh and ask him to come to the college of Suhani urgently. Suhani goes to her class and sees that it is decorated with flowers, lights. She sees that Ranveer has also prepared a sketch of her wearing white coat and on that Dr. Suhani is written. She gets happy. Then Ranveer comes. He says sorry he get late in giving her these surprises. He tells her that he loves her so much. He says for him she is his dream, happiness and everything. He tells her that he just to her to be his first thought when he wake up and her last thought when he sleeps.
Then Suhani started crying. Ranveer ask her what happened? She says that she never lies to her family but this time she lied and didn’t tell them about their relationship. Ranveer says that they are not doing anything wrong and they will both go together and tell him everything. Suhani is about to tell him about what Riya did but then she thought that if she will tell Ranveer everything then he will get upset with Riya so he didn’t tell her anything. Then Rakesh comes amd sees Ranveer and Suhani together and thinks about what Riya said to him. He stares at Suhani and about to slap her but Ranveer stops him.
